2. Object
These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, booking and provision of hospitality services provided by Eté Dimora Design, via the website www.etedimoradesign.it.
3. Booking Methods
Room reservations can be made online through the system on the website. Upon booking, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of the booking.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices shown are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment can be made online by credit/debit card. Any municipal tourist taxes are not included and will be paid at check-in.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the customer decides to cancel a reservation made, he/she must communicate this via email.
In that case, the following policy may apply:
● In case of cancellation or modifications made up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
● In case of cancellation or modifications made up to 1 day before the expected date of arrival, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
● In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or in case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
Eté Dimora Design is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, fires, wars or socio-political events).
6. Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
– Check-out: from 10:00 to 11:00
Special needs must be agreed in advance.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to use the structure diligently, respecting the rules of Eté Dimora Design and common sense. You are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or other guests. There will be an inventory inside the structure with the relative furnishings and objects present and in the event of damage or lack of such furnishings, the remaining sum corresponding to the damage received will be taken (in addition to the deposit). Furthermore, Eté Dimora Design is equipped with a video surveillance system and smoke and flood detection sensors.
8. Force Majeure
Eté Dimora Design cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by extraordinary events (e.g. blackouts, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
9. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data will be processed as indicated in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
10. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of the place where Eté Dimora Design is based will be competent.
11. Use of Common Areas
Guests have access to the common areas of the property, which may include the breakfast room, garden, terrace, lounge or other shared areas, if indicated in the property description.
The use of these spaces is permitted in compliance with the established times and the tranquility of the other guests. Respectful and decorous behavior is required. It is not permitted:
– Use common areas for private parties or events without authorization
– Leave personal items unattended
– Smoking in closed areas, unless expressly permitted
Eté Dimora Design reserves the right to limit or suspend access to common areas in the event of improper use or extraordinary maintenance.
Acceptance of the Conditions
By making a reservation, the customer declares that he has read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale.
